I had an amazing stay at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel at home, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. However, I found the food quality at the Italian restaurant could use some improvement.

From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Ihab at reception for his help and to Ms. May, the guest relations manager. They made my stay smooth and enjoyable.
